Janesville man arrested for distributing heroin

A Janesville man is in custody after police arrested him for manufacturing and distributing heroin.

35-year-old Heng Noun was arrested during a traffic stop Sunday and taken to the Rock County Jail, following an investigation by Janesville police.

He is facing charges of delivering and manufacturing heroin as well as possession of THC.
