James “Jim” Byrnes

MADISON/STOUGHTON- James “Jim” Byrnes, age 62 , passed away on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013. He was born on April 27, 1950, the son of Raymond A. Byrnes and Alice Lawrence. Jim was a very special, likable, charming man who was virtually liked by everyone who met and knew him. He lived life doing what he loved most, including riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, walleye fishing on Lake Wisconsin, and doing natural body building shows for Fords Gym. Most of all, Jim loved spending time with his children. He was a wonderful, kind-hearted man who died suddenly and left us too soon. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. Jim will always live on through his children, and never be forgotten. He served in the U.S. Army and on the frontlines during the Vietnam War.

Jim is survived by his children, Tauna Ryan-Byrnes, Clinton, and Vanessa Byrnes; grandchild, Samuel Byrnes; and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Lawrence.
