James E. ‘Jim’ Mazurczak

James E. ‘Jim’ Mazurczak, age 64, of Richland Center, died at his home on Friday, June 8, 2012 following a three year battle with cancer. Jim was born in Milwaukee on March 9, 1948, the son of Frank and Amelia (Gnabasik) Mazurczak.
Survivors include: his wife of 28 years: Mary Ann Mazurczak of Richland Center his daughter: Debbie (Cam) Hinkle of Portland, OR, five stepchildren: Jo Ann (Larry) Ehlert of Winneconne, WI., Jose’ De La Rosa of Houston, TX, Richard (Jean) Noble of Viroqua, WI, Sam Noble of Baraboo, WI,
Tim Noble of Oshkosh, WI, one sister: Barb (Jerry) Koeferl of Milwaukee, WI, one brother: Rick (Mary Ellen) Mazurczak of Lake Tomahawk, WI, brother in law: Don Oomens of Hampshire, IL, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the PRATT MEMORIAL CHAPEL. Doctor Reverend CD Fretz will officiate. Military rites will be provided by the local veterans military memorial honors unit. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. Memorials in Jim’s name may be directed to the family, to Walk with Grace, or to Home Health United Hospice. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements
