Inmate AWOL from Dane County Jail
An inmate has been declared AWOL from the Dane County Jail Thursday night according to a release from the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the release, Roberto M. Rodriguez-Sostre attended a job training program on release from the Public Safety Building on Doty Street at about 7 a.m. Thursday and did not return.
The sheriff’s office said Rodriguez-Sostre was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
According to the release, Rodriguez-Sostre was serving a sentence for resisting/obstructing and battery.
The sheriff’s office asks anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911.
