One injured in semi vs. dump truck crash

JOHNSON CREEK, Wis. — One person was seriously injured in a crash on I-94 between Highway 89 and Highway 26 Thursday night.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said the crash was between a dump truck and semi.

Police and EMS from Johnson Creek, as well as Wisconsin State Patrol, responded around 9:25 p.m.
WisDOT officials said the dump truck was rear-ended by a semi. The dump truck rolled to its side. According to officials, the semi driver was pinned against the guard rail when they arrived and suffered serious injuries.
Lanes were reopened around 11 p.m.
No crash is under investigation by Wisconsin State Patrol.
