Homes, car damaged in shooting near airport

MADISON, Wis. — The Madison Police Department is investigating a report of shots fired Thursday night that damaged more than one home.

This happened at 9:29 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Starling Lane. That is near the Dane County Regional Airport.

Police said they found damage to more than one home and at least one car in the area. Multiple shell casings were found on scene.

Police do not think anyone was injured. The investigation is ongoing.
