Police searching for suspect in home invasion and assault

BLACK EARTH, Wis. — According to a police report, a home invasion and assault took place Monday morning in the Village of Black Earth.

The assailant is described as a white male in his late twenties or early thirties. According to the report, he was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. He is described as having slight facial hair, being of average build, approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and had “boney” hands.
