Helen A Cooper

Helen A. Cooper, age 92, died on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Chamomile Assisted Living in Madison, Wisconsin.

She was born June 8, 1919 in Richland Center and married Bernard ‘Bun’ R. Cooper on June 27, 1938. They had 2 children Bernard ‘Bernie’ R. Cooper, Jr. and Donna J. Meinholz. Bun died on August 25, 1989.

Survivors are son Bernie (Sharon) Cooper; daughter Donna (Chuck) Meinholz; grandchildren: Chad (deceased), Ryan (Julie) Meinholz and great-grandchild James; Grandchild Brandon (Jenny) Cooper and soon to be great-grandchild Baby Cooper, 3 other grandchildren and 2 other great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service was held on Friday May 11, 2012 at the Richland Center Cemetery. A celebration of life memorial service picnic is going to be held at a later date. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. Online condolences can be made at prattfuneralservice.com.

Memorials may be given in Helen’s name to Agrace Hospice Care Inc. of Dane County, Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
