Handguns seized during east side drug investigation
Man faces heroin-deilvery charges

MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man was arrested Wednesday during a drug investigation into a home on the city’s east side, police said.
The Dane County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at a home in the 3200 block of Ridgeway Avenue around 9 a.m. One of the home’s residents, 34-year-old Terry D. McKinzy, was arrested on six counts of delivery of heroin, police said. The task force seized three handguns from the home.
McKinzy will likely face additional tentative charges, police said.
Two other homes on the city’s north side were searched as part of the same investigation: one in the 2400 block of Calypso Road and one in the 400 block of Blackbird Lane.
Police said a second man was arrested Wednesday on a parole hold.
The searches were part of a monthslong investigation, police said.
