Greinke stymies St. Louis

Zack Greinke cruised through eight innings, yielding only five hits and a run with a walk and seven strikeouts, as Arizona dispatched St. Louis.

Greinke is 10-2 in his last 13 starts against the Cardinals. The Diamondbacks are 14-8 on the road and they also clinched their first season series win over the Cardinals since 2013.

Brandon Moss belted a solo homer with two outs in the fourth for St. Louis on the board. It was his eighth of the year.
