Packers to start regular season against Vikings in Minnesota, end at home against Lions

GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers will start the regular season this fall on the road, but won’t be too far from home.

The Packers will take on their NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis to kick off the regular season.

The team unveiled their full schedule Thursday night:

  • Week 1: at Vikings (Sunday, Sept. 11, 3:25 p.m.)
  • Week 2: vs. Bears (Sunday, Sept. 18, 7:20 p.m.)
  • Week 3: at Buccaneers (Sunday, Sept. 25, 3:25 p.m.)
  • Week 4: vs. Patriots (Sunday, Oct. 2, 3:25 p.m.)
  • Week 5: vs. Giants in London (Sunday, Oct. 9, 8:30 a.m.)
  • Week 6: vs. Jets (Sunday, Oct. 16, noon)
  • Week 7: at Commanders (Sunday, Oct. 23, noon)
  • Week 8: at Bills (Sunday, Oct. 30, 7:20 p.m.)
  • Week 9: at Lions (Sunday, Nov. 6, noon)
  • Week 10: vs. Cowboys (Sunday, Nov. 13, 3:25 p.m.)
  • Week 11: vs. Titans (Thursday, Nov. 17, 7:15 p.m.)
  • Week 12: at Eagles (Sunday, Nov. 27, 7:20 p.m.)
  • Week 13: at Bears (Sunday, Dec. 4, noon)
  • Week 14: BYE
  • Week 15: vs. Rams (Monday, Dec. 19, 7:15 p.m.)
  • Week 16: at Dolphins (Sunday, Dec. 25, noon)
  • Week 17: vs. Vikings (Sunday, Jan. 1, 3:25 p.m.)
  • Week 18: vs. Lions (TBD)

Dates for preseason games have yet to be announced, but the Packers will start against the 49ers followed by a game at Lambeau against the Saints. The Green and Gold will end the preseason at Kansas City to take on the Chiefs.

The full schedule was released one day after the team announced they will host the Dallas Cowboys and former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy at Lambeau Field on November 13.

Last week, the NFL announced the Packers and New York Giants will face off in London on October 9. That game will be the first time Green Bay plays a regular-season game abroad.
