Graham Lee Armson

Graham Armson, age 80 of Madison, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Trinity Senior Community in Madison.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Newport Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Dells with Reverend Mark Bartels officiating. Burial will be at the Big Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Newport Lutheran Church on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of service at 11 A.M.

Graham was born March 21, 1932 in New Haven Township of Adams County, Wisconsin the son of Clarence and Oline (Jacobson) Armson. He graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School in 1951 and then moved to Madison. In September of 1957 he married Kathleen Dionne in Madison. He was employed by the State of Wisconsin and worked for the Capital Police for over 31 years and retired in 1994.

Graham is survived by his wife, Kathleen; son, Henry; brother, Ralph (Alice) of Wisconsin Dells; nephew, Karl Armson of Dunedin, Florida and stepchildren, Charlotte (Marvin) Paul of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, Patricia Raimer of Portage, Wisconsin, Barbara (David) Gustin of Racine, Wisconsin and Raymond Jarrett of Reedsburg, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother; and a stepson, Duane Jarrett.
