Gladys Lorraine “Lori” Waller
MADISON – Gladys Lorraine “Lori” Waller, age 93, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022. She was born on Aug. 21, 1929, in Ashland, Wis., the daughter of Charles John and Helen Marie (Luusua) Johnson.
Lori graduated from Ashland High School in 1947. She married Arthur Waller on Nov. 20, 1954, in Boscobel, Wis. She worked at American Family for many years prior to retiring in 1994.
Lori and Arthur lived in DeForest for 25 years. They enjoyed traveling the country together in an RV for five years to find a place to retire. Ultimately, they decided on Kingman, Ariz., and resided there for 17 years. Lori enjoyed bowling and shopping at thrift stores and especially spending family time together.
Lori is survived by her children, Jeff (Gwen) Waller, Karen Codling, Carol Parlier and Stuart Waller; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; parents; son, Greg Waller; and eight siblings.
