Get your car ready for fall

As fall approaches make sure your vehicle is ready to make the transition from summer to autumn.

Check your oil: Use the change of season as a good reason to check your oil levels and if needed, get an oil change.

Test your battery: Before colder weather moves in make sure your battery is ready for all conditions. Test your battery to see if it needs to be replaced.

Test your windshield wipers: Fall weather can cause you to rely heavily on your windshield wipers. Test them to make sure they can properly clean all types of moisture off of your windshield.

Check coolant: Take a look at your coolant and make sure it’s at the right level, and add more if needed.

Get a tune up: Before a new season begins take your car in for a tune up to make sure everything is running as it should.

Check your tires: Make sure your tires are properly inflated. Also check the tread to make sure your tires are in good shape.
