French Island deaths ruled homicide-suicide
TOWN OF CAMPBELL, Wis. — Police have identified the couple who died in a murder-suicide case on French Island.
Campbell police say 50-year-old Kevin Manix died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after fatally shooting 46-year-old Patricia Manix.
Officers found the bodies early Wednesday after going to the home where Patricia Manix lived to check on her welfare. Court records show she had filed a petition for divorce last month.
