Frank Kaminsky says goodbye to UW

Former UW basketball player Frank Kaminsky wrote his goodbye to Wisconsin in a post on his blog Friday.

After four years at UW-Madison, the college player of the year is preparing for the NBA.

“To be honest, I have been putting off writing this blog for a while now,” he wrote on his blog, The Moose Basketball. “Writing this blog means that my time at Wisconsin has come to an end, and I am now officially reflecting on the past.”

Kaminsky shared his journey at Wisconsin and thanked his friends, teammates, coaches, fans and UW-Madison.

“I have never loved being a part of something as much as I loved being a student-athlete at the greatest university in the world,” he wrote. “Thinking about the future is scary, but I know that I am now ready for it.”

“I am proud to say I am a Badger for life.”
