Four Madison Food Events to Check Out This Week

Monday, March 10: Madison Magazine‘s Top Shelf Winter Taste, held at the Beacon Lounge at Bonfyre American Grille, is a sampling event featuring fine whiskeys, ryes, bourbons and more. Food from the Beacon Lounge, Bonfyre American Grille, The Wise at HotelRED, Mason’s on Main and Oil of the Olive will be available, as well as desserts from Villa Dolce and Cupcakes A-Go-Go. $35, 6–9 p.m.,
Wednesday, March 12: The UW Sea Grant Institute has launched an Eat Wisconsin Fish campaign to raise awareness about the health and economic benefits of consuming fish from Wisconsin and the Great Lakes. They are putting on a fish and beer pairing dinner with Next Door Brewing and Aqua Terra Farms. The four-course dinner includes smoked whitefish, pan friend Rainbow trout and Arctic char. $60, 6 p.m., eatwisconsinfish.org

Sunday, March 16: The fourth annual celebration of heritage pork from Chef Dan Fox is here!
