Forward Madison sign former QPR academy midfielder Aiden Mesias

MADISON, Wis. — Forward Madison added another player with experience in England’s academy system.

Aiden Mesias signed Wednesday, the club announced. Mesias joined Charlton Athletic’s academy when he was just nine years old, and spent six years with Queens Park Rangers’ youth team.

I want what everyone else wants to accomplish in The Flamingo Community: win the playoffs,” Mesias said. “It’ll be tough but I can speak on behalf of the team that we will work hard to try to make this happen.”

The London native began his career in the US at Hartford Athletic, where he made 14 appearances from 2019 to 2020. From there, he transferred to SSV Ulm 1846 Fussball in the German fourth tier, the same club that his father played for.
