Former Verona man sentenced in heroin case

MADISON, Wis. — A former Verona resident was sentenced to probation and potential jail time for delivering heroin, according to a state Department of Justice release.

Quinnten Endl, 20, of Prescott, Arizona, pleaded guilty in July to two counts of delivering heroin. He delivered heroin on Aug. 19, 2012, and Sept. 17, 2012, according to a criminal complaint.

The complaint states Endl admitted to police that he delivered heroin to a 21-year-old Waunakee man who was found dead of a heroin overdose in September 2012.

Endl pleaded guilty to felony charges of two counts of delivering less than three grams of a controlled substance. He was sentenced Tuesday to eight years of probation and stayed three years of jail and five years of extended supervision if Endl meets the conditions of his probation.
