It appears the family of the infant hit in the face with a flash grenade last May has settled with officials in Habersham County, Georgia, for nearly $1 million.

Baby Bou Bou was sleeping while his Janesville family was visiting Georgia when a SWAT team raided the residence and threw a grenade into the then-19-month-old’s crib.

It turns out the SWAT team raided the wrong house.

Documents obtained by BuzzFeed say the Janesville family will receive $964,000, and more than half of that will go toward medical expenses.

Another $200,000 will be scheduled in future payments for Bou Bou, while $137,000 is set aside for his father and nearly $90,000 goes to his mother and three siblings.
