Elizabeth Ann (Richardson) Stehr
SPRING GREEN, Wis. — Elizabeth Ann (Richardson) Stehr, age 90, of Spring Green, Wisconsin passed away July 3, 2022 at Greenway Manor. Elizabeth was born June 15, 1932 to Eddie C. and Helen D. (Sherwood) Richardson in Spring Green. Known to family and friends as “Libo”, she attended grade school and high school in Spring Green, graduating in 1950. Elizabeth married Russell H. Stehr in Spring Green on May 26, 1962. He preceded her in death in 2006. Elizabeth worked at Farmer State Bank of Spring Green and Associated Bank of Oshkosh, but the work she most enjoyed recounting over the years was driving ambulance in Spring Green.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara Klebesadel, a sister-in-law, Viola Richardson, both of Spring Green, as well as many nieces and nephews. A friend to many, Elizabeth held especially dear throughout her life, Dona Raymond Stewart, Ann Walsh Greenheck, Valerie Ederer Gutburlet, Rita Baryenbruch Scallon and Maxine McNurlin Haas. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Richardson and his wife Gloria, her brother Sherwood Richardson and his wife Marion, and her brother Bradley Richardson.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the service at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Craig Peach will officiate with burial in the Spring Green Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Spring Green Fire and E.M.S. in Spring Green.
