Elderly Green Bay man found safe

Authorities issued a Silver Alert for an elderly Green Bay man missing since Thursday morning.

Edwin F. Karr, 83, was last seen at 9 a.m. Thursday in Green Bay, according to a state Department of Justice alert. He was found safe and the alert was cancelled at 2 a.m. Friday.
