Driver killed in Janesville crash

JANESVILLE, Wis. — Janesville police responded to reports of a single-car crash Friday afternoon that resulted in the death of the driver, according to the Janesville Police Department.

Police said he left the roadway near the intersection of Highway 14 and Drott Drive, going into a ditch and striking a tree. The driver was alone in the car and no other cars or pedestrians were involved. Police have not released the name of the driver.
