Doughnuts and donations: Support the Special Olympics, get free coupon for annual “Cop on a Rooftop”

MADISON, Wis. — For the eighth year in a row, law enforcement officers throughout the state are setting up atop Dunkin’ Donuts rooftops to benefit Special Olympics Wisconsin. From 6 a.m. until 11 a.m., police officers will be spread out across the state at various Dunkin’ locations to heighten awareness and raise money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run® (LETR) for Special Olympics Wisconsin.

In return for the police officers “doing time” at their restaurants, Dunkin’ will donate $5,000 to the organization. Each customer who visits a Cop on a Rooftop location Aug. 16 and makes a donation will receive a FREE medium hot or iced coffee coupon.
