DOT To Hold Listening Session On Future
State officials are looking for the public’s thoughts on the future of transportation in Wisconsin.
The state Transportation Finance and Policy Commission plans to hold a listening session in Madison on Thursday to gather ideas about long-range transportation needs and financing.
State lawmakers created the commission as part of the state budget to study the future of transportation finance in Wisconsin. The Madison session is the first of four the commission plans to hold around the state over the next five months.
Anyone who can’t attend the meetings can submit comments via email at dottfpcommission(at)dot.wi.gov.
