Donald L. Sekorky

SUN PRAIRIE/MILWAUKEE-Donald L. Sekorky, age 81, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on July 12, 1930, in Washington, Pa., the son of Theodore and Florence (Sensky) Sekorky. He served in the U.S. Army. Donald married Carol Crary on June 29, 2001. He worked as vice president of operations for LCL Transit, Tyson Truck lines for more than 50 years.

Donald is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Debi, Bonnie, Karen (David), and Dawnna; stepson, Larry; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Sara; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Randy; brother, Emery; and sisters, Mary, Delores, and Ginny. A memorial gathering will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2012, with military rites being conducted. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. A special thank you the staff at Agrace HospiceCare for the wonderful care given to Don.
