Sardine will host a five-course beer dinner with Dogfish Head brews tonight, 4/28.

Sardine has often hosted family-style dinners on Monday nights, and this week’s is particularly noteworthy. The five-course meal will be paired with beers from Dogfish Head Brewery, which has recently resumed distribution in Wisconsin after a three-year hiatus due to overwhelming demand. $55, 5:30 p.m.,

Meet Emanuela Negro of the historic Angelo Negro winery from Italy’s Piedmont region at Merchant during a five-course wine dinner. The winery dates back to the 1600s. Call 259-9799 to make a reservation. $65, 6:30 p.m.,

Savor a five-course wine dinner at Johnny Delmonico’s with Portland’s Helioterra wines. Helioterra is run by UW grad Anne Hubatch, who will be on-hand at the dinner. Call 257-8325 to make a reservation. $75, 6 p.m.,

Sample wines at more than a dozen Middleton businesses during the Spring Wine Walk. The event starts at BMO Harris Bank (7447 University Ave.) where participants will receive a wristband and a wine glass, and then it’s up to you to chart your own vino venture. At each stop (see participating businesses on website) you’ll get a taste of both red and white wines.  Businesses will also offer appetizers. $25, 5–8 p.m.,
