DNR plans online chats on invasive species

Focus topics to include plants, earthworms, aquartic species

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin environmental officials are planning a pair of online chats about invasive species.

The Department of Natural Reources will host the chats on June 4 and June 6. Both chats will begin at noon. Participants can join the chat through the DNR’s website or the agency’s Facebook page.

The June 4 chat will focus on invasive plants and earthworms. The June 6 chat will key on aquatic invasive species.
