Madison: Dianne Lynette Lustgraaf, age 62, passed away peacefully with her loving family present on Monday, June 18, 2012 at U.W. Hospital.

She was born April 16, 1950, the daughter of Aloysius J. and Eunice (Kuhnau) Schwab in Madison. She and Joseph Lustgraaf were united in marriage at St. Raphael Cathedral in Madison on June 28, 1980 and together they raised four sons. Dianne was a very loving wife, mother and friend. Family was her priority. She and Joseph were always very supportive of their sons’ athletics and activities, attending many games and events. She had an infectious smile and positive attitude that brightened everyone around her. She was strong willed, with a good work ethic and her many friends have only good things to say about her. She was active in St. Peter’s Parish and NAMI.

Dianne is survived by her husband of almost 32 years, Joseph; four sons, Allan (Joanne), Andrew, Michael and William; two grandchildren, Autumn and Jacob; her father, Aloysius Schwab; three sisters, Geraldine Miller, Margaret “Maggie” (Richard “Dick”) Williams, Ann (Robert “Rob”) Sullivan; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eunice and her brother, Michael Schwab.

The family extends a sincere thank you to U.W. Hospital Cardiology for their support, love and being there at all times, and to The Willows Nursing and Rehabilitation for their care the past few months.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012 at ST. PETER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5001 N. Sherman Avenue, Madison, with Father Roger Nilles presiding.

Burial will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 21 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue and again at church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.
