Deputies: Man broke into home, assaulted woman

TOWN OF JEFFERSON, Wis. — A Juda man is suspected of breaking into a woman’s home and sexually assaulting her, according to a release from the Green County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said James E. Rackow, 48, entered the home of a 54-year-old acquaintance on Theiler Road in the town of Jefferson on Sunday and had sexual contact with her while she was unconscious.
Rackow was arrested at his home Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault and criminal trespass to a dwelling.
