Dennis Turner

Dennis “Rambo” E. Turner, age 67, of Janesville, died on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at Mercy Hospital & Trauma Center.
He was born in LaFarge, Vernon County, WI on Aug. 23, 1949, the son of Elmer L. and Mary E. (Alderman) Turner. He graduated from Milton High School in 1967, and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Dennis retired in 2004 from General Motors after 37 years, and was a member of the UAW Local 95.
He is survived by his 3 children: Shane Turner, Chevette (Steve) Schultz and Chad (Nicole) Turner all of Janesville; 5 grandchildren: Mariah, Tristan, Devri and Dreenah and Spencer, Jr.; siblings: Elaine Corkhill, and Chris (Mike) Boone both of Texas, Annette (Bob) Willner of Whitewater and Brenda (Duane) Mallu of Janesville; many nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. Interment will be in North Johnson town Cemetery.
