Denise M. Nelson

POYNETTE-Denise M. Nelson, age 62, widowed wife of Harold Nelson passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 1, 2012. She was born June 14, 1950 in Madison, the daughter of Bertha Sabatier (Wyssbrod) and Rene Sabatier. Denise was the beloved mother of Julie McFarlane, sweetest grandma to Holly McFarlane, beloved sister to Kate Klumb (Sabatier) and Jay Sabatier. She was a wonderful niece, aunt, sister-in-law, stepmother and friend to many. Denise is preceded in death by her parents Rene and Bertha Sabatier; her husband Harold; her brother Charles E. Sabatier. She was and still is in our hearts a true friend and companion. May she find solace in the arms of our Heavenly Father. A celebration of Denise’s life will be held at a later date.
