MADISON-Dawayne R. “Doc” Tietz, age 87, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at UW Hospital, with his loving family by his side.
Funeral Services will be private. A Celebration Gathering will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison.
