Darlington makes it three straight

Reedsburg-Wis. Dells returns to WIAA state boys hockey

Tyson Miehe and the Darlington aimed at their third state championship in a row as they took to the course in Wisconsin Rapids for the 101st State Cross Country Championships. They succeeded. 

In Division Three, Miehe finished in 15:58 to win his third state title in a row. The Darlington boys also took the team crown with 87 points, two better than runner-up Chequamegon, who had 89. 

In the Division One boys race, Madison West’s Olin Hacker finished first with a blistering time of 15:46. As a team, the Regents took second, behind SPASH. 

In the Division Two girls race, Madison Edgewood won the team title. The Crusaders were paced by Amy Davis, who finished second.
