Dane County sheriff seeks AWOL inmate

MADISON, Wis. — Officials are looking for a woman declared absent without leave from the Dane County Jail Tuesday, according to a news release.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office said 26-year-old Tiffaney A. Geier, of Brooklyn, is an inmate with Huber privileges and didn’t return from appointments Tuesday.
Geier was released from the jail at 7:56 a.m. for a medical appointment and job interview on Madison’s east side, according to the release. She didn’t attend the medical appointment, but did go to the job interview and was last seen at 10:30 a.m. wearing a white T-shirt, dark jeans, white shoes and a red jacket.
Geier is described as white, 5 feet tall, weighs 100 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. She has a the name “Kaden” tattooed on her right wrist and a heart with wings on her left wrist. Geier has ties to the Brooklyn and Oregon areas of Dane County and associates in the Lodi area.
Geier has work release privileges for charges of possession of narcotics and theft, the sheriff’s office said. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
