Craig Byron Greengrass

Craig Greengrass, age 46 of Madison, Wisconsin walked on Friday, January 11, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Madison.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Native American Church in Wisconsin Dells with Lance Long officiating. Burial will be at the Indian Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Native American Church on Sunday beginning at 4 P.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M. Monday.

Craig was born February 6, 1966 in Madison, Wisconsin the son of John and Margaret (Lonetree) Greengrass. He was an artistic person and used his talents at wood carving and creating totem poles. He loved working side by side with his father. Craig was a kind hearted person and he liked helping others which were also traits of his father.

Craig is survived by brothers, Roderick of California, Edward and Morris of Madison, and Michael (Wendy) of Wisconsin Rapids; sisters, Denise Ullrich of West Allis, Wisconsin, Darlene Greengrass of Madison, Susan Greengrass of Shawano, Wisconsin and Angela (Michael) Kelly of Madison, and 18 nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Cynthia and Jeanette.
