Colleen M. Gille

Colleen M. Gille, age 65, of Woodbury, MN and formerly of Janesville, died on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, in West St. Paul, MN.
She was born in Monroe on Jan. 12, 1952, the daughter of Paul Phillip and Mary L. (Holland) Gille. She graduated from Parker High School in 1971 and the Janesville School of Beauty in 1973. Colleen had been employed by the New Orleans Restaurant, and was a member of St. William Catholic Church.
She is survived by her 5 siblings: Mark (Donna) Gille of Janesville, Charlotte (Gordon) Dresdow of Wauwatosa, Deborah (Charles) Graupner of Wauwatosa, Patrick (Frank) Alfaro of Milton and Timothy (Renee) Gille of Janesville; 14 nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; 1 Godson, Mark Gille JR. and many other extended family and special childhood lifetime friend, Regina (Angilello) Bauer. She was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Patrick. Colleen enjoyed life, loved doing hair and her large Irish family. She had a heart of gold and a pretty smile. Her three sisters will miss sweet Colleen’s phone call chats and family member visits the many years she lived in Minnesota. She will be sweetly missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at ST. WILLIAM CATHOLIC CHURCH with Rev. Brian Dulli officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY is assisting the family.
