Capitols show off new uniforms

Will open inaugural season in Fargo

MADISON — The Madison Capitols unveiled their new uniforms at Alliant Energy Center Wednesday.

The light and dark blue color scheme features a likeness of the State Capitol and artistic highlights on the sleeves.

The Capitols also released their 2014-15 USHL schedule.

Their first game is Friday, October 3rd in Fargo.

The Capitols will have their first home game at Alliant Energy Center Saturday, October 18th.

“Right now, we’re at ground running,” said head coach Luke Strand.

“We’re going between the existing players here, our future players, our affiliate players as the same time, hard to say it– we’re looking at a year out.  We’re already in that scouting process and evaluating process and that, so we’re all pretty much all hands on deck  and really busy, busy going forward.”
