Capital City Bike path to be closed this week

The Capital City bike path will be closed this week as crews demolish an adjacent building, according to a release.

The bike path will be closed Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. between South Dickinson Street and South Thornton Avenue, officials said. The path may also be closed during those times on Tuesday and Wednesday.

During the closure, a detour using East Main Street and South Dickinson Street will be posted.
