Bullet shot through child’s bedroom window on far west side
MADISON, Wis. — A bullet went through a child’s window at a home on Madison’s far west side Saturday morning, police said.
Police were called to the 2000 block of Westbrook Lane around 2:25 a.m. by a person who reported a gunshot coming into the home. The bedroom was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
Police said the gunshot came from outside the home and may have come from a nearby green space.
