Defeat Reds, 5-2 at Miller Park

MILWAUKEE — Wily Peralta pitched seven innings allowing just one run as the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Cincinnati Reds, 5-2 at Miller Park Monday night.
Peralta gave up just three hits, striking out five in posting his 11th win of the season.
Francisco Rodriguez pitched the ninth for his 29th save.
Ryan Braun had a two-run double in a three-run third inning and Carlos Gomez drove in another run with a ground rule double in the fourth.
Matt Latos (2-2) took the loss for the Reds.
With the St. Louis Cardinals not playing Monday, the Brewers move back into sole possesion of first place in the National League Central.
