Bonnie Lynn Olson Loresch

Bonnie Lynn Olson Loresch, 73, passed peacefully Tuesday, November 8, 2022, with son Wade and daughter-in-law Amy by her side at Our House Memory Care, Richland Center WI.
Bonnie was born September 12, 1949, the second child and only daughter of Luther and Juanita (Harrington) Olson. She was raised on a dairy farm south of Avoca, where she attended a one room grade school in her early years and graduated from Muscoda High School in 1967.
On May 2, 1970, she married Ron Loresch; they had two sons, Wade and Jeffery. Later in life, Bonnie found a new sole mate in Edward Lavalle, together they lived in Deforest 27 years.
After graduating from high school, Bonnie moved to Madison where she worked for S. S. Kresge; if knowing Bonnie, she had the job of her life as a comparison shopper. Later worked for Rayovac and retired from American Family Insurance.
Memories will be her love of birds and flowers and her gardening and canning. She was known for her baking (especially meticulously decorated Christmas cookies) and the searching for hidden treasures at garage sales. Bonnie valued her friends and family and was generous to a fault. She had a caring and giving heart which was appreciated by all.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, brother Wayne and special friend Edward.
Bonnie is survived by two sons: Wade (Amy) and Jeffrey; two brothers: Kenneth (Ellen) and Warren (Kathy); two grandsons Wyatt and Cody and several nieces and nephews.
A service is being planned for the spring at the Fairview Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the Avoca Cemetery. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family. An online guest book may be signed, memories shared, and condolences expressed at www.prattfuneralservice.com.
