Bonnie J. Crase

MADISON-Bonnie Jean Crase, age 57, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017, after a 38 year battle with lupus.

She was born on June 26, 1960, in Madison, the daughter of William and Virginia (Mickelson) Landphier. Bonnie graduated from La Follette High School in 1979, where she was part of the R.S.V.P. Program where she met many lifelong friends. She married Timothy Crase on July 10, 1982 in Madison.

Bonnie worked as a Pharmaceutical Packager for Walgreens Labs retiring due to her health.

She is survived by her husband, Tim; son, Joseph R. (Kristen) Crase; grandson, Cullen Crase; five brothers, David (Linda), Ken, Steve (Laurna), Dennis (Margaret) and Jeffrey (Lisa) ; mother-in-law, Mary Crase; two brothers-in-law, John (Gretchen) Crase and David (Lori) Crase; two sisters-in-law, Mary Jo (James) Revels and Joan (Paul) Kunz; and two beloved dogs, Molly and Tasha. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; two nephews, Adam Landphier and Tyler Landphier; father-in-law, Richard Crase; many aunts and uncles; and sister-in-law, Kathy Landphier.

A memorial gathering will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017. A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona, at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017.
