Body found in Lake Delton, police investigating
LAKE DELTON, Wis. — A body was found in a ravine near the area of Clara Ave. and Shady Ln. late Saturday morning.
Dells-Delton EMS was dispatched to the scene at 11:41 and found the person lying face down in the water. The Delton Fire Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Lake Delton Police Department also responded to the area.
EMS responders attempted lifesaving measures but were not successful.
According to Chief Daniel Hardman, drug paraphernalia was found in the area.
The Lake Delton Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
There is reportedly no danger to the public currently.
