A bicyclist fell into a Menasha, Wisconsin, drawbridge on July 4, 2018.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation released video of a bicyclist falling into a gap between the drawbridge and the road.

WBAY-TV reported the incident happened after the Fourth of July fireworks in Menasha, which is about 35 miles southwest of Green Bay.

The video shows the woman hit the stop arms as she rides past and onto the Racine Street Bridge.

The bridge was rising to let boat traffic through.

The woman then tries to ride over the space between the road and the bridge and disappears into the gap.

After about a minute, people rush over to help her get out.

WFRV-TV reported the woman was transported to a hospital, where she was treated for facial injuries.

Police told WFRV they believe alcohol was a factor.
