Betty Jane Breiby

MADISON/WAUNAKEE – Betty Jane Breiby, age 75, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016, at Waunakee Manor.

She was born on Oct. 22, 1940, in Madison, the daughter of Harold and Irene Breiby. After graduating high school, Betty attended MATC and received her accounting degree.

She joined her father with his electrical business and also worked for other electrical businesses until her retirement in 2005. Betty was an avid sports fan and enjoyed all sports but treasured her years when she played softball. Betty is survived by her sisters-in-law, Mary and Greta Breiby; nieces; nephews; and her best friend, “Mugs”, Margaret Sannes.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and a sister. In honor of Betty’s wishes, no services will be held.

A very special thank you to the nurses and nurse’s aides of Waunakee Manor for their loving care given to Betty.
