Barneveld Coach Honored For Getting 600 Victories

Barneveld High School girls basketball coach Jim Myers has had a lot of landmark victories in his time as coach, including four state championships.

But it’s rare for the focus to be on him instead of his players as it was on Tuesday night. Many former players attended Tuesday’s game, honoring Myers for getting 600 victories over his career.

Then, his team gives him another win against Monticello, 41-21.

Hailey Kleppe hit a three point shot to help give Barneveld a 25-4 lead at the half.

Myers now has 604 victories over his career.
