Authorities looking for missing newborn in Green County

ALBANY, WI- Authorities in Green County are looking for a newborn girl reported missing Saturday in the village of Albany.
Green County Sheriff Jeff Skatrud and Albany Police Chief Robert Ritter said the girl was born on January 5 at a home in Albany and then taken from the home by her father.
The father told authorities he gave the baby to a friend and the child has not been seen since.
The father did not give police the identity of the friend.
The person could be driving a gray Chevrolet Equinox.
