Arrest made in heroin investigation

A Madison man was arrested following a drug investigation on the city’s west side, according to a release from Madison police.

Police said the Dane County Narcotics Task Force carried out a search warrant in the 6100 block of Hammersley Road on Thursday morning and found digital scales, drug packaging materials, documents and cash.

Maurice L. Bryant, 23, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a drug house and three counts of delivery of heroin.
