Armed robber forces victim to strip to his underwear

A 30-year-old man was forced to strip down to his underwear in an east side parking lot Friday morning by two men who stole the man’s iPhone and his wallet, according to Madison police.
Police said the incident happened just after 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 3500 block of East Washington Avenue.
According to police, the victim was walking to the store to purchase cigarettes when the two men pulled up in an early 2000s Jeep Cherokee.
Police said the men asked the victim “Where’s the loot?” before the man was robbed. After the robbery, the victim walked to his home nearby and called police.
Police said one of the men involved was a black man between 20 and 30 years of age, approximately 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, last seen wearing a black coat, jeans and a black beanie. Police said the other man was a 20 to 30-year-old black man last seen wearing a red hat.
